Client:

Hamilton Sundstrand was an aerospace company that manufactured and provided technical support for aerospace parts and products worldwide.

Challenge:

The company had just launched an online system to allow purchasers and parters to access any and all required information about their parts they were using on their planes and machinery. Since this was a new system and the aerospace industry is (interestingly) notoriously slow to adopt new processes, the challenge of this piece was to introduce the new system and entice them to use it.

Solution:

This audience, in particular, values straightforward, concise information and has little time for sales or marketing “fluff.” To that end, we kept the language simple and focused on the benefit to the user, to their division, and to their corporation as a whole—the combination of which served to make an exceedingly compelling argument for adoption of the new system.
