BookingBuddy “This Just In” Email

Client:

BookingBuddy is a highly promotional aggregate travel search site, aimed squarely at getting budget-conscious travelers to browse and click on travel deals and specials. 

Challenge:

BookingBuddy would send out a weekly “deal alert” email to promote especially good prices on airline routes or on other such travel deals. The challenge was to make the messaging fun and promotional, but also come up with a new way to treat the messaging for each send.

Solution:

For this particular email, the designer and I decided to play with comic-book-style graphics and wording, giving it a fun, youthful appeal and further highlighting the excitement of the deals.
