AT&T New stores direct mail

Client:

AT&T is the world’s largest telecommunication company and one of the largest cell phone service providers in the U.S. It has both an enterprise arm as well as a robust direct-to-consumer arm. 

Challenge:

Believe it or not, there was a time when call switching was a new thing. AT&T was looking to announce this as an upgrade option for current customers, as well as try to drive them to store with a free phone promotion. 

Solution:

Since the target audience was already AT&T customers, it was important to talk to a pain point that wasn’t AT&T’s fault, BUT one they they could now fix. As a secondary message on the front of this mailer, we highlighted the free phone and encouraged them to get in store asap.
